As the first Corporate Member with BOMA/GLA, Arden Realty, Inc. is one of the region's largest landlords. In May of 2006, Arden was acquired by GE Real Estate as its West Coast growth platform. Since that time, the company has acquired over $2 billion of commercial real estate in five major markets: Southern California, Northern California, Seattle, Portland and Phoenix.

Equity Office owns and operates a national portfolio of approximately 300 office buildings in major metropolitan markets across the country totaling in excess of 50 million square feet. The company is owned by an affiliate of The Blackstone Group, a preeminent global private equity firm.

Kilroy Realty Corporation (KRC) has for over 60 years owned, operated, developed, and acquired Class A suburban office and industrial real estate, primarily in Southern California.

 

The company's stabilized portfolio of operating properties as of September 30, 2007 totaled 89 office buildings and 43 industrial buildings, encompassing in the aggregate approximately 8.6 million and 3.9 million rentable square feet, respectively.
